Our Hawaiian macadamia nuts are grown in rich volcanic soil, nurtured by cool tropical breezes and watered by crystal rainfalls. Each hand selected nut is dry roasted to perfection capturing its creamy, light taste and hand dipped in a special blend of chocolates to create a unique, handmade quality. This darker, richer blend of milk chocolate heightens and compliments the creamy macadamia nuts.
Chocolates are not shipped with ice packs, risk of melting in warmer temperatures. Please take this into account when ordering as we do not refund melted chocolate.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as snacks, food items, frozen goods, and fresh flowers cannot be returned.

Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will be able to pack the goods according to the exact and precise specifications. Your items will undergo an extensive inspection and will be securely secured prior to being delivered. Every day we ship thousands of packages to clients from all over the world. Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing period according to the item.
We will inspect each and every one of the items before sending. Currently, most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3 and 7 working days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us since we have multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. Stocks are subject to change at any time. It's possible that the inventory could run out once the order has been made.
Our policy lasts 30 days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase if it has been 30 days since the purchase.
In order to be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same state as you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
